Because the 4th was on a Sunday this year we celebrated it on Saturday the 3rd. We started off with our neighborhood parade. The kids decorated themselves and their Escalade! They looked so cute driving around in it.
Later that night everyone came over for a BBQ, fireworks and homemade ice cream.
Of course Kyson had to be right there and help Dad light all of the fireworks.
DALC came to visit us for the 4th of July and got here right before the BBQ. The kids were so excited to see each other.
The kids had a blast. I think we will be stuck home for the next few years doing fireworks here. Happy 4th of July!
