Arizona Sun

 After a LONG Utah winter we were ready for some Arizona sun! It had almost been a year since our last trip so we couldn't wait to get there! This is the first trip with Mimi and Papa living with Grandmother so we stayed with Dave and Auburn. Everyone came over and we got to have dinner and family night together!

We went on a bike ride with Caralee and the kids and fed the ducks and horses on the canal. Poor Camree struggled, but she made it after A LOT of tears! Mimi and Papa came with us too.

 After we went back to their house for lunch. It was so nice to be outside enjoying the nice weather.

 On Wednesday it was kind of cold and rainy for part of the day so we went to an inside amusement park. The kids had a blast. Mimi was a good sport and rode on just about every ride there. After we went to In and Out for some lunch. I took this pic while we were waiting for Caralee's car to get there. I meant to grab one of everyone inside but didn't because I was trying to keep all three kids in line with all of their cousins there!

 Presley and Benson would eat breakfast together every morning.

 Our trip wouldn't have been complete without a swim day! The hot tub was heated but the pool wasn't,  that did not keep the kids from jumping into the freezing water!

 On our last day there we got to go and see Mimi's and Papa's new house. There is graffiti on the wall in the backyard, the kids wanted a picture in front of it before they paint over it.

 Kyson and Camree helped Mimi Pick us some grapefruit off of their tree to take back to Utah.

We had such a good time and did not want to leave. My kids love their Mimi, Papa and Cousins and I guess we do too!

That's a Wrap

Today was Kyson's last basketball game of the season. I must admit I am looking forward to sleeping in on Saturdays! No one told me most of his games were going to be at 8:00 a.m.! It was worth getting up to see him play. As of right now he says basketball is his favorite sport. 

The best part of the season is getting their trophy's. Good job Kyson you have turned into a good little b-baller!

Family Night

This week we signed up to clean the church with the Crooks for family night. After we went and got dinner. We had a great time but always do when we are with them. Thanks Crooks for the fun night!

Girls Trip

 This weekend my Mom, sisters and I finally got away to Vegas for a girls weekend! No kids or husbands except for baby Jaxon. This strip has been WAY over due, we want to get at least one trip in every year. We stopped and ate at Chili's in Cedar City.

We had such a good time eating, shopping, and just hanging out without kids screaming and husbands saying lets go. Anyone that knows us knows that as long as we have each other we don't need a lot to keep us entertained! It's true!

Beau Cheveux

So I have been debating whether or not to cut Camree's hair. Let's face it I am a sucker for long hair, I have basically had long hair my entire life except for once! But her hair is still so thin and the longer it gets the stringier it looks so we decided to cut it off. Plus she does look super cute with her short hair. Camree was so excited for Aunt Bre to do her hair at her salon.

Presley came along to watch. She was so funny she wanted to sit in the chair all by herself.

All done and she still looks adorable what was I worried about. She has the rest of her life to have long hair!

Say No to Drugs

This week was red ribbon week for Kyson. He was so excited to dress up for it, today was inside out day. He looks so cute even if his clothes are inside out!

I love that he is being all shy in this picture. He ended up getting sick and had to stay home for the rest of the week. Poor guy he was so sad that he had to miss it:(

Of course little miss wanted some pictures of her too. She is such a poser!

Jr. Jazz

In November Kyson started basketball. This is the first year that he is old enough to play. I love that it goes all winter long and gives him something to do while it is cold outside. He has come a long way from the beginning of the season. It has finally clicked. I love watching him play I hope that it is one that he wants to stick with.

Daddy Time

The last couple of months Rob and I have decided that we wanted to take turns giving the kids their own Daddy and Mommy time. The kids have loved it. I went first but didn't take any pictures. Kyson and I went and saw Cars 2. Then later that week I took Camree to the Sweet Tooth Fairy, we got cupcakes and went and picked out some fabric to make her dolls scarves. Rob took Kyson to dinner and the Grizzlies Hockey game. He actually went with a bunch of Fathers and sons in our ward. They called it "Manrichment". Hahaha!

Of course Camree was sad that she couldn't go so Rob took her the next day for her Daddy time. They went and got her nails done and then went to lunch. Both kids LOVED the time they got to spend with their Dad. I love that we are doing this I think it is so good for them to have one on one time. Plus we have to take advantage of them wanting to do this, before we know it they will be all grown up and won't want to hang out with us anymore!
