The Big Five!

On December 9th Kyson turned 5! He had preschool on his birthday so he went to school and got to take birthday treats to his class. He chose to take Christmas rice crispy treats. I was going to take the treats to his class but I had strep throat and was contagious until about noon that day. The third time in 3 months, it has been fabulous! Luckily he didn't care and thought it was cool that he got to pass them out to his class. He got this hat at school and wore it around all day!

We decided to let him choose what he wanted to do on his birthday since his party wasn't until that Saturday. After school he wanted to go out to lunch with Dad. He wanted to pick up food and eat it at Dad's work. I asked him if he wanted to play at a play land but he insisted eating there. He wanted noodles so we picked up Fazoli's and headed over to Rob's work.

His last request for the day was to eat at McDonald's for dinner. We ate really healthy that day. Oh well all that mattered was that Kyson thought it was the best day ever! It is funny what things make kids happy. Happy Birthday Bubba! We love you and are so happy you are a part of our family!
